Weigh-in 33: Up, Up and Away!
Last week was completely inactive due to my visits with the doctor and then the outcome knocked me over a bit so I retreated into my mind and spirit to build my self up.
Due to my inactivity I have gained weight this week; 3lbs
sniff, sniff and I’m weighting in at 258lbs.
Not to worry let’s hope that I can start chipping away again this week. I have some up with a new workout based on my doctor’s recommendation (incorporating weight machines, avoiding free weights and vigorous hip moments) I am pretty confident that my body will be in for a jolt.
The very fact that I’ll be on the weight machines will be a variation for my body that should kick it into fat burning mode.
