Weigh-in 28: Going Down Again
Ok I’m back on the way down again and have dropped 2lbs this week.
I have been at the 260s mark for a while, which I am connecting to my workouts as they are focusing on building muscle and not burning fat.
I will continue with this for the next 3 weeks and then I will change my workout program that will focus on fat burning.
I will post some new progress photos for the next weigh-in on the 2nd of November!
