Weigh-in 26: Still Sitting On The Halfway Mark!

Ok no change on the scales this week.  I know why that is, if you remember my October Workout Update you will see that my gym workouts are not aimed at burning fat but aimed at increasing muscle mass.

Discipline or Regret is going to be expanding, I am now going to be starting a weekly newsletter that you can subscrible to.  It’s called Healthy Health Tips and before you ask the answer is YES I was up all night thinking of that title! :) ha ha!

If you look on the top of the left sidebar you can subscribe and the first newsletter will hit your inbox sometime next week.

The contents of the newsletter are health related tips about nutrition, working out, motivating you towards your goals.  One thing about this newsletter is they are based on ‘tips’ and you will be able to read the newsletter in less than 5 minutes.

So fire your email into the newsletter subscription box and smack the submit button with your forehead and that will be a done deal!

Here is a photo that I thought I would show you; I got sick of the heat here yesterday and went for the bald look, it works as a natural coolant.

And yes, I am growing my goatee again, I miss it!

once upon a time I, too, did the bald look (after botched dreadlocks :))

I actually love it—found it FREEING.

Hey MizFit, I love it too, but I am guessing that my students will give me a hard time about it tomorrow when I arrive for school.

Thanks for dropping by, take care!
Andrew

Hi Fitness Diva, thanks! I like it, I think that the baldy head and the goatee (when fully grown) will look cool.

Take care,
Andrew
