Weight Loss Blog Review: LosingIrene.com

When you arrive at LosingIrene.com your thoughts and ideas about your life will be jolted by the thought provoking quote by Gorge Eliot; I am not going to spoil it so you’ll have to go there and read it.  You can tell a lot about a person from the quotes they use!

Being unhappy at 232lbs Irene decided to do something about it, and so far she has done a lot about it.  I have journeyed right back to the beginning when Irene first started blogging about this adventure of hers and boy is it fun and full of life!

LosingIrene.com is a lot more than just losing weight, and Irene’s life is spilled out all over the place. One thing that I found really fascinating is we (her readers) can actually see her daughter Olivia growing up! Irene’s blog is full of photos and is warm of human experience the good and the not so.  There really is a human behind the blogger.

As I write this review Irene’s current weight is 189.6lbs, she has lost a total of 42.4lbs so far, that’s 3 stones (for my UK readers) and 19.2kgs (for Asian readers); this is quite an accomplishment!  Irene still has 47.6lbs to lose to reach her goal weight of 142lbs, which I believe she can do!

This weight loss has brought her BMI down from 34.3 to 28; losing 6.3 from your BMI is something to get happy about.  The only stats of Irene’s that haven’t changed is her height which is still 5’9” (ha ha!)

I will be really happy when Irene gets to her target goal she is going to feel fantastic (and Irene you won’t feel like a 33 year old anymore, he he!) but what I can’t wait to see is what Irene mentioned one of her posts that when she reaches her goal weight she is going to get a tattoo!
