Weigh-in 25: Halfway Mark Reached!

I am really excited this week even though I have only lost 1lbs because I have reached the halfway weight loss mark of 41lbs!

This is a great achievement for me as 9 and a half months ago I was completely gutted as what to do about my weight and I felt so hopeless if I would ever know what it would be like to be fit and healthy, but now I am getting there and I am beginning to feel a hit of what a healthy life can bring.

Now I am looking at this next 41lbs with solid confidence and know that with consistency and perseverance I can make it to my 220lbs goal!

Thanks to all you guys for your encouragement since January, and I humbly ask you continue with me on this journey into the fitness lifestyle.

Congrats on being 1/2 way there. It’s quite a journey isn’t it. The scary thing, for me at least, is to know that I still have so much longer to go. But it’s exciting too.
