Wednesday, Sep 24th: TUNAing In
Breakfast – oatmeal, hot low-fat milk & whey protein
Snack 1 – two boiled eggs (yoked)
Lunch – tuna salad (lettuce, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber & peppers)
Snack 2 – 1 baby bell (small)
Dinner – prawns, tofu, peppers, onion & bean-shoots.
Snack 3 – whey shake
Drink – 3.5 liters of water
