20th Weight In: Consistency & Variation Payoff

At my 20th weigh-in and consistency and workout variation have paid off big time!  I am down another 2lbs this week.

Consistency with weekly workouts & my eating together with workout variations have kept me losing on a weekly basis and keeping plateau away!

So far I have lost a total 36lbs! I have 46lbs left to blast before January 31st 2009 and the skies are clear and my goal is in the bag!

I am really confident, thanks to the many fantastic comments from many Discipline or Regret readers, thanks guys!

I am really proud of my graph dive! ::ha ha!::
