Digging Deeper: A Personal Trainer Diploma

I am really excited about telling you all about this, starting tomorrow I will be studying for a personal trainer diploma.

I had wanted to do this for some time now but it was the green stopping me from taking that leap, but thank God for big sisters who are willing to bless their little brothers. (Thanks sis!)

I have planned out my self paced course so that I can complete it in 3 months, so I am going to be taking some time out of my evenings over the next three months to accomplish this.

I think this will really help me in my endeavors to become more healthy.  And I am also encouraging other people here in Indonesia and at home in Scotland with their weight loss and this will make me that much more effective in the information and advice that I pass along.

This is also going to effect the way that I blog as well, I will be sure to pass on nuggets of info so that can be a real resource for your fat blasting.

Well it’s after 8:30pm here in Surabaya so I have to go to bed, I am back at school tomorrow and I will be kicking off with a 30min cycle and then a good solid workout.
