Tuesday, May 27th – Squid Rules, Even the Tenticles!
Breakfast – oatmeal, hot low-fat milk & peanut butter
Snack 1 – two boiled eggs
Lunch – squid cooked with ginger
Snack 2 – a handful of nuts
Dinner – pork burgers (no bread), fried; onions, tomatoes, mushrooms (all fried with coconut oil).
Drink – 3.5 liters of water
