Tuesday, March 18th – After Tonight I’ll Be Back In My Own Bed :)
Breakfast – mixed fresh fruit (watermelon, pineapple & semangka)
Snack 1 – low-fat yogurt
Lunch – two slices of whole meal bread, lean beef strips and mayo
Snack 2 – a handful of nuts
Dinner – chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion & egg
Drink – 3 liters of water & 1 can of coke
