Get Back To Work!

This Friday will mark my second week back at work; the first week was a getting-to-know-you-and-the-computers week.  This week I have been actually doing the job.  No don’t get me wrong this job is extremely important (victim support) but in regards to my fat blasting it has been very beneficial; two weeks of structure and routine have been paying off in the going-down-on-the-scales department.

I fit myself into a routine very quickly, another benefit of the job is the 10am start, which means my workouts, running and cycling is not affected and I can also have my first snack just before going into work.  My lunch is perfectly at 12pm and then I can have my 2nd snack at 2:30pm, home by 4:30pm for my dinner.  Having my dinner at this time is fine because I go to bed early; between 8:00 – 8:30pm.

I am still getting up at 4am to study for Premier along with following e-classes in the evenings so that is going well, only 10 weeks and 3 days until I head off to that.

One thing that this job has brought back to my attention is my bad posture.  I spend a good amount of my evenings in front of my computer and a lot of my jobs have involved computers which has left me this extremely bad slouching habit.  Currently I have a laptop at work but starting tomorrow I’ll have a proper keyboard and monitor which is going to help.

And with the last few pence of my pocket money this week I have purchased The Complete Guide to Postural Training by Kesh Patel (published by A&C Black), I’ll start reading this today and see what advice I can get for my dilemma.

Well that’s all for now, I’ll be back tomorrow (11/06/10) for the second half of the LIFEWAVE Energy Enhancer Patch review, so be sure to check that out!
