Nice job on the weight loss. I am also charting the weight for the first time in my WHOLE life. I am 53 years old. In our lives, it happens at various times. We are all together on this.

I believe that it doesn’t matter what age you are when you want to make a life change, it’s getting in there when it’s your time and making those changes a reality.
