Happly Belated Christmas and Happy New Year!

Just wanting to wish every one a happy (belated) Christmas and a happy new year.  May this year be a year where we take ourselves out of or comfort zones (speaking mainly to myself) and be disciplined to reach our dreams.

Disiciplineorregret.com is going to be getting a complete overhaul (especially my commitment to write more regularly).  Here are some of the things that I am currently working on;

WORKOUT SHED: this is a database of workout videos that I have been putting together for quite some time and I hope to have it finished soon and will publicize it in the next few weeks.

LIVE.DISCIPLINEORREGRET.COM: Yep, I am working on a live discipline or regret show that will air maybe fortnightly so I am currently setting up the ‘live.disciplineorregret.com’ domain. I will be using ustream.com, I am currently working on a site design, so a lot of fiddling around with graphics on Photoshop.

I was hoping to start the live show on the 6th of Jan (2010) at 7pm GMT, but this is looking like it will slip into February some time; hopefully the first week.

PERSONAL TRAINER: As most of you know that my end goal is not only to lose the weight but be come a personal trainer too, well I will be meeting up with a personal trainer this Monday 4th Jan 2010 for my first session and I will be sure to blog about that. I figured if I want to become a personal trainer then the best way would be to go workout with one, the kinaesthetic learner that I am :-)
