Wednesday 9th, September: Low Cal Day

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal, hot milk, strawberries.

SNACK 1: Whey protein shake (made with water)

LUNCH: A tin of beaked beans, half a smoked sausage (pork), & half an onion.

SNACK 2: Nothing

DINNER: 8 oz steak (bloody) with some salt & pepper with broiled broccoli

SNACK 3: Nothing

DRINK: 2 cups of black coffee (sugarless), 4 liters of water.
