Q: So What Does A Plateauing Weight Loss Blogger Blog About?

I feel completely lost in transition at the moment; we are currently waiting for my mother-in-law’s visa, we are just applying for a tourist visa for her as she will just be coming with us to the UK for 6 months, this will be good for Susan so she won’t be alone while I am at work.

My Mother-In-Law (The one on the right!)

My Mother-In-Law (The one on the right!)

Let’s hope that the visa comes this week! I am guessing what you are thinking, “why in the heck is he bringing his mother in law?” – hey my mother-in-law is cool, especially when we crack open a few beers and talk about the old days! πŸ˜›

I was talking with my wife last night and we were looking at the costs of me going to a gym compared to buying a multi-gym at home, and it looks like the multi-gym will come out on top.

Actually let me let you into some background stuff that I am working on; as I have already told you I am planning to start my own business when we get to the UK called The Human Frame –

You can join my group The Human Frame on Facebook as I will be keeping updates of the website setup and live projects that we will be conducting throughout the UK; just type The Human Frame into the search on Facebook.

– which will be a community welfare enterprise running life development projects online (thehumanframe.co.uk) and live projects throughout the UK (yes I know, I am repeating myself!), so to cut a long story short I will be looking for beta testers for my fitness program (another good reason to have the multi-gym at home), and I will also (I hope) be conducting beta fitness seminars in the UK coming November/December.

We’ll have to see how that goes because would you want to sit in a fitness seminar when the presenter is STILL FAT!!!! WAAAAHHHHH!!!! I NEED A HUG! :-(

The beta testing for my fitness program will hopefully be starting within a month of our arrival in the UK as this program will be shaping the fitness seminar and workbook that I am working on.

The Human Frame will start off with fitness lifestyle seminars, workshops and work at building the local communities awareness of living a healthy life, etc but then we want it to expand into offering life coaching services and really getting involved in the real needs of the community.

Well that’s just a little sneak peek into some things that’s going on with me :-) we (Susan & I) are so excited about the future and The Human Frame will be a way that we (and others) can as Albert Einstien said “Try not to become a man of success but rather to become a man of value”

LOL!

I have hit a plateau too my friend. In an effort to get over that hump, I am adding strength training back into my regimen. I haven’t done any ST since January I think and I can feel the results in my bones. Even though I have lost a little weight since then, I don’t feel as strong as I used to.

A: They start rambling on about their house hunt. LOL!

Hi Irene, yeah you need that ST to cause fat loss, keep up with it!

We have got too many stuff that’s freaky the same! We have just finished a sale of a house and it will be ready for us to move in on June 19th.

Well good luck on your house hunting!

Take care,
Andrew
