		<description>You&#039;re in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.  I&#039;ve been fortunate to not have too many health problems (knock on wood), but I did watch my youngest daughter, who played volleyball in high school, go through knee issues.  Not nearly as serious as your hip but the pain of watching a child suffer was still there.

From the sound of it, you have a great plan to keep your workouts up, so I&#039;m sure when it&#039;s all over, you&#039;ll be great.................:)</description>
