Weigh-in 89: Two Strike!

That’s another 2lbs taken off this week, I am happy but boy is it getting hard.  I mean everything that I have done this week between intense workouts and a 99.9% perfect nutritional plan I was hoping to hit the 3lbs mark, but hey down is down and that’s what I want.
